This Cross carries a fixation on tradition rooted in risk. These are the people who, the moment the Catholic Church stopped saying Mass only in Latin, switched to something more traditional instead. Whenever progress like that arrives near this limitation, there's a countermovement seeking something more grounded in the old way.
