It echoes the story of Moses and the Promised Land: setting out toward something you can sense but not yet see, trusting that the beginning itself is worth making even without a guarantee of the destination. Within the Cross of the Unexpected, this is fitting — you can't know in advance where an unpredictable path leads, only that gate 41 is willing to take the first step onto it.
