Gate 31, Line 6 — Application

Full breakdown

The sixth line asks: is this actually worth trusting? Does it hold up in practice? You don't take influence on faith — you test it through doing. And that's the right instinct.

When you put your understanding into real situations, it either works or it doesn't. That experience is more honest than any theory. Through application you learn exactly where you can really have influence, and where you can't.

Trust in your influence gets built this way — not through declarations, but through consistent follow-through. Over time it becomes obvious. To you, and to everyone else.
