Calculate your chart →After going through something emotionally difficult, you don't discard the experience and you don't get stuck in it forever — you gradually absorb it, building it into your understanding of yourself and the world. The process isn't fast, but the result is real maturity, not a performance of it.
That assimilation makes you more whole with every experience you live through, even the difficult ones. What could have stayed an unhealed wound instead becomes, over time, part of a wisdom you can share with others who've gone through something similar.
It's worth not rushing this process of absorption. Trying to force yourself to digest a heavy experience before its time often leaves it unprocessed, and it resurfaces later in an unexpected form. Give yourself the time it genuinely needs.
