It matters to understand that rhythm can vary a great deal — phases of high activity alternate with near-complete stillness, and both are part of your nature, not a malfunction. Forcing yourself into "constant productivity" simply doesn't work for you.
The risk shows up in two forms: mistaking someone else's rhythm for your own, when you haven't yet found where your own actually lies — or letting the projected image of calm become a cage, where you're afraid to change or break the image people expect of you.
