The paradox is that you learn precisely through this "guidance" — testing reference points against your own experience, telling apart what actually works from what just sounds convincing. It's a long, nonlinear path, but it's the one that leads to real clarity.
The key thing to know is that you don't have to have it figured out in advance. That's your nature, not a flaw. Life leads you through experience, and trying to force order ahead of time only makes the confusion worse.
