A truly strong leader doesn't seize power — they accept it when it comes to them. That's a fundamental difference. One person takes control because it's "supposed to" happen; another takes it because they're genuinely needed there. Your best leadership potential opens up in the second case.
The trap is thinking you always have to be the one in charge. That nothing will happen without you. That wears you down. A real leader knows how to delegate and how to step back when the situation calls for it. Strength lies in flexibility, not in unchanging control.
